La Boissonnerie, dreamed up by Drew Harre and Juan Sanchez, was born from this noble requirement: signature cuisine in a family setting.
Very attached to a philosophy that respects products, our chef aims for seasonality, favors fish from sustainable fishing, meat from French farms.
The restaurant will be closed from the 20th of December until the 3rd of January included.
